Works on Paper
THE PENCIL ARCHIVE
Find your way through 33 selected studies by Thomas Ogun. Each drawing begins with observation, memory or a symbolic question, then stays open as the visual language develops.
Evidence Archive
Drawing as a practiceof attention.
This selected archive documents 33 pencil studies developed through observation, imagination and symbolic research. The drawings move between portraits, figures, animals, masks, mythic forms and pattern-led compositions.
Working in graphite slows the image down. It gives me space to study gesture, expression and cultural reference before translating those observations into colour, digital illustration, moving image or augmented reality. The page becomes both a place of invention and a record of thought.
Selected Works
One evolving language.
Graphite is where the work slows down: figures, animals, masks, symbols and imagined histories become a record of attention before they move into colour, film or augmented reality.
