Choose how you want to use the artwork.

Every artwork card shows the purchase price and licensing fee. Choose Collect for personal display or License when the artwork will support a business, publication or campaign.

Copyright remains with Thomas Ogun. A digital purchase grants only the permissions written in the selected licence. Copyright transfer or exclusive ownership requires a separate signed agreement.

Every Purchase Includes

A clean file and a clear record.

After payment is verified, the clean artwork and licence certificate are supplied through a private delivery link. The public preview watermark is not present on the purchased file.

Standard delivery is within one business day. Bespoke sizes, CMYK preparation and layered source files require a separate quote.

Protected Rights

Uses that are not permitted

  • Reselling, redistributing or sharing the clean source file
  • Offering the artwork as a stock asset, template or download
  • Minting an NFT without separate written permission
  • Using the artwork for artificial intelligence training or datasets
  • Removing ownership metadata or claiming authorship
  • Using the work for unlawful, defamatory or hateful material

Licence terms are confirmed in writing for each order. Where a proposed use falls outside these options, request a custom licence before publication or production.
